Another wonderful and fun tradition in our sweet little city of Bath, Maine. Every year we celebrate the 8th Grade students from the Bath area with a semi-formal dance. Before the dance families gather in the Library Park for photos and to see everyone all dressed up! It's something to look forward to, and to make the moms (and some dads) get teary eyed. Here's to the Class of 2029 and to the first of many traditions they will experience as they transition to gulp... sorry moms.. .High School!

These sweet snapshots of the Class of 2029’s semi-formal dance hold such tender, fleeting middle school memories worth preserving. I’d turn my favorite candid photo clips from the park gathering into shareable video snippets using GifToMP4 to hold onto these heartfelt moments longer. It’s lovely seeing Bath’s community come together to mark this gentle milestone before the students head off to high school.
